VfoldLA offers a user-friendly approach to the fully automated prediction of RNA 3D structures with given sequences and 2D structures. The method is based on the assembly of A-form helices with loop templates extracted from known RNA 3D structures.

Due to the limitation of the current loop template library, VfoldLA may give no predictions.
